Accessibility statement for Suffolk and Norfolk Social Work Teaching Partnership 

This accessibility statement applies to suffolknorfolksocialworktp.org.

This website is run by Suffolk and Norfolk Social Work Teaching Partnership. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:

  • change colours, contrast levels and fonts

The “Social Worker CPD Framework” and “Team around the student, apprentice or social worker” diagrams present text as images (WCAG 1.4.5 AA).

  • The “Social Worker CPD Framework” diagram will be reworked in future to be an accessible table either in HTML or as a PDF.
  • The “Team around the student, apprentice or social worker” diagram has been given an appropriate caption to describe it, we will add a more detailed explanation to accompany it for users who cannot view the diagram.

Non-text contrast

The “Social Worker CPD Framework” and “Team around the student, apprentice or social worker” diagrams do not have a contrast ratio of at least 3:1 between text and background colour (WCAG 1.4.11 AA).

  • The “Social Worker CPD Framework” diagram will be reworked in future to be an accessible table either in HTML or as a PDF.
  • The “Team around the student, apprentice or social worker” diagram will be reworked to have sufficient contrast.

This website was last tested on 22 December 2021. The test was carried out by Bigfork Limited.

The website is created using defined templates and pre-defined content types. For manual tests we chose a selection of pages that covered all of these variations. Automated tests were applied to the whole website.
