Suffolk and Norfolk Social Work Teaching Partnership lived experience members to present coaching training webinar at Social Work Week
Members of the lived experience community from the Norfolk and Suffolk Social Work Teaching Partnership will present their webinar on coaching training as part of Social Work Week on Monday 20th March at 2pm-3pm.
With co-production at the heart of the Suffolk and Norfolk Social Work Teaching Partnership, members of our lived experience communities will present their mentoring and coaching training initiative. The idea was devised by a member of the lived experience community and has been developed and implemented across the partnership.
This live event, will explore the training itself, including the GROW model, what has been learnt and the benefits of coaching and mentoring within social work education and practice. We believe this will be beneficial to practice educators, students and apprentices, newly qualified social workers and their supervisors, university staff, and other lived experience groups. There will be a question-and-answer opportunity towards the end of the session.
